The Assembly House - Afternoon Tea & Events.

The Assembly House is a beautiful Georgian Grade I listed building that enjoys a tranquil and peaceful setting in the centre of the historic city of Norwich, Norfolk. They host a varied visual and performing arts programme as well as encouraging educational projects. Ivory's Café Bar has a comfortable elegant ambience with soft leather sofas. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind and to enjoy a morning coffee with homemade cakes, scones or pastries. Light lunches offer a selection of freshly made sandwiches and baguettes; traditional afternoon cream teas are a favourite. A new service of Traditional High Teas served from 3.30pm to 7.00pm (Monday - Saturday) is available. Featuring traditional favourites from freshly prepared omelettes, welsh rarebit and scrambled egg and smoked salmon on toasted wholemeal.
